With 20 years in prenatal, birth, and postpartum care, Jenna blends clinical massage with yoga and breathwork. A Wellington College graduate and certified yoga teacher, her practice embraces mind-body healing to support both physical relief and emotional well-being. When she’s not in the clinic, Jenna enjoys time with her family—and her popular rescue dog, Phillip.

A certified RMT from Sutherland-Chan in Toronto, Jeffery relocated to Winnipeg in 2006. An early focus on advanced myofascial techniques transformed his practice—now centered on Jenings Myofascial Release and IASTM. Beyond alleviating chronic pain and movement restrictions, he contributes to connective tissue research as an MTAM Board member, all while exploring his love of cooking and the arts.

Dana discovered her passion for massage therapy in 2013 and has since dedicated herself to helping clients reconnect with their bodies. Specializing in prenatal massage, she offers compassionate, restorative treatments that ease chronic pain, support injury recovery, and nurture the physical and emotional demands of pregnancy.

A Wellington College graduate with a passion for prenatal care, Mary Neufeld joined EQ Wellness to help expand its Prenatal Support Department. Known for her firm yet gentle touch, she combines injury rehabilitation with relaxation techniques while continually deepening her expertise. When she’s not crafting personalized wellness plans, Mary’s adventurous spirit leads her to chase new travel experiences.

Since graduating from Wellington College in 2018, Jensen has focused on prenatal and postpartum massage therapy. Dedicated to creating nurturing spaces for expectant and new parents, she customizes treatments to individual needs—and when she’s off duty, you might find her knitting, reading, or lacing up her skates for competitive figure skating.

Ryan leads Equilibrium’s concussion rehabilitation program with a comprehensive, personalized approach. By performing multi-system assessments and designing tailored treatment plans that emphasize nervous system regulation and education, he helps clients manage symptoms and steadily return to their pre-injury lives.

Offer began his journey at Vancouver’s West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 1991. After diverse professional pursuits and travel, he returned to practice in Manitoba, where he now leads as MTAM President. With advanced training in temporomandibular joint care, he provides focused treatment while also nurturing his creative passions through writing and podcasting.

Fresh from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy, Jennifer joined Equilibrium with a deep passion for perinatal care. Certified in Perinatal Massage and Birth Support, she tailors each session to ensure clients feel heard and cared for, whether on their wellness journey or in need of rehabilitation.

Brendon empowers clients to overcome pain and immobility using myofascial, sports massage, and IASTM techniques. A former competitive bodybuilder and top graduate of his class in 2021, he combines athletic discipline with a passion for natural health to guide clients toward an active, balanced lifestyle.

Dr. Chris has been practicing Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Fort Rouge/Fort Garry area since the spring of 2000. Throughout the passed 15 years, he has also taken time to work in Massage Therapy and Chiropractic offices, and is so pleased to be able to help provide health care support to the Equilibrium community.
